Menu:
- Breakfast: apple-strawberry-ginger smoothie with cinammon
- Snack: falafel seed-balls, bell pepper
- Lunch: home made gluten-free breadrolls, green pea paste, vitamine salad
- Snack: broccoli+fruits smoothie, strawberries
- Dinner: celery stew, millet
- 900 ml green tea
- 700 ml fruit/veggie juice
- 1600 ml mineralwater
- 500 ml ginger tea
- 100 ml lemon-lime juice (better if more, at the moment that was all I had at home)
- 15 drops of Grape Vital (grapefruitseed drops)
- 30 ml "Emóció 7.84"
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk mixed with 1 cup of water
Also, started germinating mustard seeds today.
