Supplements:
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped, consumed with a cup of water
- 15 drops of Grape Vital (grapefruitseed drops)
- 30 ml "Emóció 7.84"
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk mixed with 1 cup of water
Summary:
Until the end of today I didn't notice that I can not eat cheese at this point (I must avoid any kind of animal protein). My beloved mozzarella and feta will not be part of the diet for another 2 weeks.
