- Dinner: Broccoli paste, Homemade gluten free breadrolls
- 800 ml smoothie
- 500 ml green tea
- 1400 ml silent mineralwater
- 600 ml herbal tea
Supplements:
- 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped, consumed with a cup of water
- 15 drops of Grape Vital (grapefruitseed drops)
- 2x30 ml "Emóció 7.84"
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk mixed with a cup of water
Summary:
Today, for the first time I felt hungry during the day, so I ate a bit more fruits. The blackberry-strawberry smoothie was incredibly yummy, and including amaranth in the menu brings a bit more variety into my diet. It has a strange texture, the grains don't really grow during the cooking process, but turn into little pearls with jelly-like inside. Liked t! And it is said to be one of the most nutritious grains.
