Ingredients:
100 ml oatmeal
100 ml wheat bran
100 ml whole wheat flour
100 ml chopped walnuts or almonds
60 ml chopped sunflower seeds
40 ml chopped pumpkin seeds
1 medium sized onion chopped fine
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tsp spice mix (I used basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram mixture)
1 level tsp pepper
(meat eaters can add a little bacon as well)
approx 33 ml extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
water
Method:
- Mix everything, add as much water as needed to get a thick paste.
- Put it aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Form little balls and deepfry them in oil or bake them in the oven.
