Menu:
- Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh sour cherry and homemade sour cherry jam
- Snack: Grapefruit-apple-lime-ginger smoothie
- Lunch: Brown rice with celery stew, mozzarella, salad with pumpkin seed oil and raddish sprouts
- Snack: apple-sour cherry smoothie
- Dinner: Homemade gluten free breadrolls, green pea paste, bell pepper, dessert: cocoa-fruit pudding
- 1600 ml smoothie
- 600 ml white willow + linden tea
- 800 ml silent mineralwater
- 600 ml ginger tea
Supplements:
- 2 clove of garlic finely chopped, consumed with a cup of water
- 15 drops of Grape Vital (grapefruitseed drops)
- 30 ml "Emóció 7.84"
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk mixed into my fruit pudding
Summary:
My favourite of the day: pumpkin seed oil! Has an incredibly tempting scent, and transfers the average daily salad to a wonderful side dish. Couldn't stop eating it with the tomatoes, mozzarella and the sprouts.
Also, I can not get enough of my smoothies - I've put my own twist on them with adding ginger, it has a nice spicy taste, and also has several good health effects. And the remaining fruit pulp was an excellent base for my dessert :)
Drinking a lot is easier and easier, by now my body tells me when I don't drink enough.
