Menu:
- Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh sour cherries and homemade sour cherry jam
- Brunch: A bowl of fresh sour cherries
- Lunch: Zucchini stew, millet and steamed green beans
- Snack: Rye bread with a little olive oil, chopped dill leaves, herbs, fresh tomatoes
- Dinner: "Falafel" seed balls, fresh salad with feta cheese, a small bowl of zucchini stew
- 900 ml green tea
- 600 ml ginger tea
- 600 ml mineralwater
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped, consumed with a cup of water
- 15 drops of Grape Vital (grapefruitseed drops)
- 30 ml "Emóció 7.84"
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk mixed with 1 cup of water
Summary:
It was surprisingly easy to follow the "strict" rules the first day. The whole day I felt like I have no time to get hungry. I am full the whole time - noone said I have to eat little... :)
