Summary:
Today, for the first time I felt hungry during the day, so I ate a bit more fruits. The blackberry-strawberry smoothie was incredibly yummy, and including amaranth in the menu brings a bit more variety into my diet. It has a strange texture, the grains don't really grow during the cooking process, but turn into little pearls with jelly-like inside. Liked t! And it is said to be one of the most nutritious grains.

Summary:

My favourite of the day: pumpkin seed oil! Has an incredibly tempting scent, and transfers the average daily salad to a wonderful side dish. Couldn't  stop eating it with the tomatoes, mozzarella and the sprouts.
Also, I can not get enough of my smoothies - I've put my own twist on them with adding ginger, it has a nice spicy taste, and also has several good health effects. And the remaining fruit pulp was an excellent base for my dessert :)

Drinking a lot is easier and easier, by now my body tells me when I don't drink enough.
Todays score: 10/10!

Menu:
Drinks:
  • 900 ml green tea
  • 700 ml fruit/veggie juice
  • 1600 ml mineralwater
  • 500 ml ginger tea

  • 15 drops of Grape Vital (grapefruitseed drops)
  • 30 ml "Emóció 7.84"
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk mixed with 1 cup of water
Summary: The morning smoothie gave me a big energy boost (despite what I thought first). Although, 2 smoothies a day seemed to be too much for my body, I didn't crave the second one after the first sip.
Also, started germinating mustard seeds today.

1 potato a week will be enough. And the green pea paste is incredibly speedy and delicious!!! :)
